Administrative Assistant

The City of Mexico is accepting applications for the full time position of Administrative Assistant.  The position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Community Development Director, Public Works/City Engineer and Economic Development Director/Assistant City Manager including visitor screening, public relation activities, general administrative duties, minute taking for numerous boards, accurate and timely completion of assignments and handling communications effectively, while maintaining utmost professionalism and confidentiality.  Must have good communication skills, ability to utilize common office equipment and be proficient with MS Office operations and comparable programs, three years professional administrative experience preferred.  Salary range based on experience and qualifications.  Applications will be accepted until 5:00 pm, May 29th.  Application and job description are also available at City Hall, 2nd floor, 300 N.
